Nik is a DECRA Research Fellow and Associate Professor in Psychology. He is interested in psychological factors that make organisations fairer, more motivating, more effective, and healthier. His work focuses on teams and identity processes in social and organisational contexts, leadership and followership, motivation and creativity, and health and well-being.
