Meta-analysis of organisational citizenship behaviours directed toward the leader - Social Identity and Groups Network (SIGN) - University of Queensland

This meta-analysis examines the nature of organisational citizenship behaviours directed toward the leader (OCBL). This study aims to assess the overall strength of the relationships between OCBL and its correlates and outcomes, as well as examine theoretically based and novel moderators of interest.
