Across two studies, this project explored the association between narcissism and different leadership training programmes commonly available to leaders, and the association between narcissism and the desired outcomes of leadership training (i.e., leader-centric benefits vs team-centric benefits). The outcomes provide practical considerations for organisations when they are deciding how to invest in leadership training.
