Katie is a PhD candidate studying the theoretical basis of followership as well as advancing new methods to examine followership and understand the impact it has on health and wellbeing in the workplace. She is also a research assistant with experience in meta-analyses, structural equation modelling, and quantitative research in organisational psychology focusing on leadership, social identity, and health and wellbeing.
