The Team Identity Model (TIMo): An integrative review and organising framework for identity content and meaning

This paper reviewed the identity content literature and organised existing models according to five theoretical content domains. Descriptions of work team identity were empirically analysed to derive the Team Identity Model (TIMo), with a discussion on how this model could help us better understand and work with groups (e.g., through identity leadership).
