Mazlan is fascinated by all topics related to leadership. He currently investigates the phenomenon of leadership destabilisation — the process whereby a leader's influence over followers deteriorates. He hopes to advance our understanding of leadership's complex processes and to shed light on strategies to address leadership disruptions.
