Dr Ben Lam

Ben Chun Pan Lam is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Counselling and Therapy at La Trobe University, Melbourne. Ben's research mainly concerns the role of culture in shaping how we think, feel, relate to others, and function psychologically and physically. He investigates individuals from diverse ethnocultural groups to identify and explain cultural similarities and differences, as well as people moving from one culture to another culture to understand their acculturating experience and adjustment in the new culture.
