Dr Mischel Luong

Mischel is a provisional psychologist who recently completed her PhD at The University of Queensland. She is broadly interested in the dynamics between employees and their physical workspaces. Her research is specifically focused on understanding the relationship between employees and their physical workspace, including how workspace compatibility affects experiences of belonging and other job outcomes. She also has broader research interests in identity in the workplace, leadership and team identity and team development.
