Researcher biography
Xiaotian’s research interests include inequality, ethics, leadership, and recovery. His PhD focuses on the influence of inequality in resource distribution on leadership behaviours. He is also curious about how certain cultural factors—despite appearing noble and positive—might inadvertently contribute to inequality. Moreover, he is intrigued by the reasons why people support autocratic leaders. Additionally, he explores how emerging technologies (e.g., AI, W-ICTs, etc.) might impact individuals’ recovery processes and their subsequent work behaviours.
