Karin S. Moser is a Social and Organisational Psychologist and University Professor with an international career in academia as well as in consulting, executive education, coaching, and expert advisory for public and private sector organisations and governments. She is also an experienced executive leader, with a proven track record up to C-level.

Karin's expertise focuses on cooperation, communication, and decision-making at work. She is passionate about understanding the conditions for prosocial behaviour and social sustainability in groups and organisations, with in depth knowledge about the impact of digitalisation, intercultural differences and social norms, and knowledge sharing and expertise transfer on performance, motivation, and wellbeing at work.
