The oSIM license is for 12 months and includes:

  • A secure username and password to access your account
  • Access to an online administration and set-up area
  • Provision of online or downloadable oSIM set-up guide
  • Unlimited data collection

Terms and Conditions

Before access to the oSIM tool can be granted to the person or organisation wishing to purchase a license for the tool,  the License agreement will need to be agreed to by a person who has authority to sign the License. These terms and conditions of the license should be read carefully as they create important legal rights and obligations.   

Payment Options

If you would like to proceed with purchasing a license you can either pay online via the UQ online payment portal, or by requesting an invoice.

Completing your oSIM license purchase

Download the license agreement from the tile below and save a copy locally. Into the pdf file, insert Licensee name and address details on the first page. Please note that the name and address needs to be that of an organisation or entity, for example your university, and not simply that of an individual. Complete Schedule 1 at the bottom of the agreement, and the signature block on page 7. Please note that the license needs to be signed by someone with the appropriate level of authority to sign agreements of this kind on behalf of the organisation/entity. For example, if you are a student or staff member of a university, this might be someone in your contracts department or your Faculty Dean. In the case of a small business, this might be the business owner or manager. Once complete, please then return the license agreement to us using one of the options below:

Online payment:

  1. Submit license fee payment via the ‘Payment portal’ link below
  2. Click the 'send online payment' email button below and fill in the pre-populated text
  3. Attach the completed and signed license agreement
  4. Attach the confirmation of payment
  5. We will set up your oSIM account.

  3. We will issue the invoice
  4. We will set you up with your oSIM account.
